Islands Insurance Group has announced the appointment of Shirley Lester, Group HR Director, to its Group Board of Directors, effective immediately.
Under Shirley’s leadership, the People & Culture team has evolved to provide comprehensive support across the business. Her strategic vision has been pivotal in aligning the Group’s initiatives with its core values, fostering an environment of growth and innovation.
