21 May 2018 – Ipes, a leading provider of outsourced services to private equity in Europe, strengthens its senior team in Jersey with the creation of new roles and new appointments.
Senior Managers Gary Ayres and Vimbai Bundu-Kamara have been appointed as Operations Directors and have joined the Jersey board. Gary and Vimbai will be jointly responsible for oversight and delivery of all aspects of client service and are the primary Senior Client Leads in the Jersey office.
Robin De Gruchy-Wilson has been appointed as a Client Director. Robin has more than 9 years financial services experience. Robin currently sits on a number of general partner and special purpose vehicle boards focusing on Private Equity, Venture Capital and Fund of Funds.
Ipes also welcomes two new joiners who will be part of the senior team. Alex Smyth and Antoinette Kyriacou have been appointed as Senior Managers leading the Fund Administration and Fund Accounting Teams respectively.
Alex joins Ipes from Sanne Plc where he was an Associate Director on the Jersey Debt Funds team. He is a Fellow of the ACCA with 11 years experience in the finance industry.
Antoinette joins Ipes from PwC where she was an Assurance Senior Manager focussing on Alternative Asset Management clients and service providers. Antoinette is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) and joins with 9 years in the asset management industry.
