Melanie Duquemin, David Ainger and Lucy Smith have all been promoted to director level at Intertrust in Guernsey.
The promotions span client-facing teams as well as promoting Mr Ainger to Operations Director.
Mrs Duquemin has been promoted to a Director of Fund Services. She has worked at Intertrust for over 20 years and has a wealth of knowledge in fund administration services.
She will play an active role in the Guernsey fund services business which has expertise in dealing with private equity, infrastructure, real estate and listed funds.
Mr Ainger started work in London for a consultancy firm where he gained experience of the technical operating models for a variety of companies. This knowledge gave him the skill set to adapt quickly to new complex situations and to translate issues into workable solutions.
Now as Operations Director he will be responsible for Intertrust in Guernsey’s business change management and oversee changes to technical systems and process enhancements.
With 18 years of experience in a wide range of structures, Mrs Smith has been promoted to a Director of Trust and Corporate Services. In her new role, she will lead a range of private wealth trust and company structures and mentor two trust admin teams.
