Intertrust Group has enhanced its Performance & Reward Management (PRM) team in Jersey with a new appointment.
Jon Cartmell joins Intertrust Group in Jersey as a Client Director in the PRM team. He has 23 years’ experience in the field of share plans, performance and reward and corporate trusteeship. He was recently co-head of the executive incentives team at another Jersey provider.
With responsibility for a portfolio of listed and private companies based in the UK and globally, Jon will contribute to the team’s continued growth and will be instrumental to increasing its global footprint.
