Intertrust has announced the appointment of Amit Taylor as head of corporate services in Guernsey to pave the way for future growth and development.
Mr Taylor will form part of the new Guernsey senior management team and has over 20 years’ experience as a finance industry professional in the UK and in Guernsey. He moved to Guernsey in 2010 to become managing director of HSBC’s fund administration and custody business. He then became group managing director of Trust Corporation before moving to Estera to become the Guernsey managing director.
He has expertise in the development and implementation of strategic plans, sales and business development, business management and in corporate, fiduciary and fund services.
At Intertrust, Mr Taylor will lead the corporate services team in Guernsey and work closely with colleagues in the Channel Islands and the rest of the Intertrust network to continue to grow the strong corporate service offering.

Mr Taylor joined Intertrust on 25 February.
