Intertrust has collaborated with ProShare, the voice of employee share ownership in the UK, to launch its first Offshore Share Plans Summit in Jersey.
The summit is designed for corporates, advisory and law firms, trustees and service providers to gain up-to-date knowledge and insights relevant to the employee incentives and corporate services industry.
The informative sessions will provide technical and practical updates from Intertrust, ProShare and law firm White & Case on dealing with the regulatory overload that the industry faces and how digitalisation is changing the industry today. Deliveroo will present a case study on how share plans are managed in a high-growth, privately held company.
Shane Hugill, Director of Intertrust’s Performance & Reward Management team, said: “We’re excited to work with ProShare to launch its first Offshore Share Plans Summit which will be a great forum for industry experts to share their knowledge and opinions.
“The summit will provide an opportunity to network with industry peers to gain insights into trustee hedging strategies, current best practice for trust financing arrangements and the efficient use of equity capital. We’re pleased to be working alongside ProShare on this inaugural event and are looking forward to welcoming attendees from the UK and local community.”
Gabbi Stopp, Executive Director of ProShare, said: “Trustees are frequently the unsung heroes of the equity and cash compensation world, which is why we’re extremely pleased to have teamed up with Intertrust to launch our inaugural summit in Jersey. Regardless of whether your compensation strategy is focused on cash or equity, or both, this will be a stimulating and informative event.”
The event takes place from 2pm-5pm on Thursday 6 September at Intertrust’s office at 44 Esplanade, St Helier.
