Catherine Haywood has successfully completed the award-winning St James’s Place Financial Adviser Academy programme.
This was a full time 12-week programme fully funded by Integritas, which teaches and trains new Financial Advisers through a blend of digital, live and practical learning opportunities which draw on expertise and experience from within the SJP community and insight from leaders in other sectors. The programme utilises an industry-leading approach, using cutting-edge technology, blended with ‘real-world’ exposure and support.
Catherine (pictured) has the position of Trainee Wealth Partner at Integritas, since joining in September 2023. She had already completed the Diploma in Financial Advice through the London Institute of Banking and Finance (LIBF) and holds a BA (hons) 2:1 in English Literature from the University of Exeter. Before moving into Financial Advice, Catherine was an English and Special needs teacher and completed a General Management Graduate Scheme at Transport for London where she worked on the Education and Outreach Teams. She will now work closely with the Senior Wealth Partners at Integritas to enhance the service given to local clients, with the goal of advising directly by the end of 2024 after a period of supervision.
Of this achievement, Edward Loader Managing Director of Integritas said: “We are committed to developing high quality individuals and maintaining the highest quality team of advisers to work with our clients. The SJP adviser academy is a unique opportunity to Cat in Jersey as no other similar academy is run on island, and Cat has been committed to sessions in the UK and virtually over the 12-week term. We are excited to have her back in the office and demonstrating her new learning.”
