Indulge, the finance-specialist digital agency, has appointed a new non-executive director (NED) to its board as part of its ambitious growth plans.
Barnaby Molloy joins the board with more than 15 years of international marketing experience across financial services and gaming. He will advise Indulge’s leadership team on all elements of strategy, with a specific focus on marketing and operations.
Patrick Cunningham, director at Indulge, welcomed Mr Molloy and explained what his appointment means for the future of the business. “We’re a very different agency from the one we started in 2009, and even from five or six years ago, We’ve developed a real financial services specialism through our work and experience and Barnaby fits perfectly with that focus through his background and skill set.
“Alongside our core business of website development and digital strategy, in recent years our team has developed a lot of user-focused, web-based technology for financial services firms. Our solutions help them to operate more efficiently and improve their client service offering, whether that’s handling regulatory compliance in a better way, rolling out a client portal or building a system that can quickly surface key client information for customer support teams.
“Barnaby’s knowledge of the sector, locally and internationally, and all-round enthusiasm for what we’re trying to achieve at Indulge are going to be huge assets for us and we’re excited to work with him.”
Indulge is targeting significant growth across the next 18 months and beyond, having built a team, implemented the processes and developed the systems necessary to drive business expansion.
Barnaby said: “The team at Indulge has a clear vision and the ingenuity to deliver very effective solutions across the financial services sector.
“With their product set and financial services credentials, paired with their growth plans, it is a very exciting time to join the business.”
Mr Molloy is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and the Institute of Directors.
