Imperium Funds, a new specialist independent fund administration provider to the closed-ended alternative funds industry and part of the Imperium Group, has appointed Andy Hatton as Client Services Director.
The Imperium Funds senior management team now comprises of Barry McClay, Gary Mauger, Charlotte Parr and Andy Hatton. Imperium Funds are expanding their Guernsey operation, with the support of the Imperium Group, a provider of trust and corporate services firm in Guernsey for ten years.
Andy joins Imperium from Belasko Administration, where he was head of the Guernsey funds team. Andy has over 22 years of financial services experience in Guernsey, which includes the launch and administration of regulated collective investment schemes, private investment funds and listed entities with a variety of real estate and private equity asset classes. Andy also acted as a director on General Partner boards through his fund service provider roles.
Andy holds a Diploma in International Finance and Administration and is a member on the Administration sub committee of the Guernsey Investment & Funds Association.
