Highvern took home the gold award for Organisation of the Year in the Female Leadership category at the Citywealth Powerwomen Awards held in London.
The Powerwomen Awards spotlight exceptional individuals and organisations within the wealth sector who champion caregiving responsibilities, advocate for female leadership, and embrace diversity. Highvern’s commitment to advancing women in wealth, fostering valuable thought leadership, and nurturing the next generation of female leaders led to its well-deserved recognition with the gold award.
This win adds to Highvern’s growing list of achievements at the Powerwomen Awards, including Kerrie Le Tissier’s (Director) Bronze Award for Guernsey Woman of the Year in 2023 and Ellen Hibbs’ (Associate Director) Silver Award in the Future Leaders category in 2022. Additionally, Emma Furzer (Senior Trust Manager) and Naomi Rive (Group Director and Head of Private Wealth) are distinguished past recipients of Powerwomen Awards.
Kerrie remarked: “It is an honour to stand alongside esteemed colleagues at the Powerwomen Awards, many of whom have inspired me throughout my career journey. For Highvern to be singled out for the impact of its female leadership is reflective of the values and culture of the organisation, one that champions equal opportunity and steadfastly supports the ambitions of our exceptional team.”
