Highvern has appointed international human resources practitioner Louise James as Group Head of HR with a remit to further enhance the Group’s people and talent strategies.
Her appointment follows a year of significant multi-jurisdictional growth for the independently owned global fiduciary, corporate and fund administration services provider.
Louise (pictured) brings substantial experience to HIGHVERN gained within the banking, funds and corporate service sectors where she has held senior HR positions with regional responsibility for Europe, North America and Asia. She has lived and worked in several countries including the UK, Kuwait, Jersey, South Africa, and Hong Kong. Louise has previously completed a 5-year term on the Jersey Employment Tribunal and holds an MSc in HR Management and Development from Manchester University.
