Hawksford has further strengthened its global corporate service capabilities with the appointment of Rebecca Cox as Associate Director in its London office.
Rebecca brings over 15 years’ experience in providing corporate and financial reporting services to international clients. Rebecca’s focus will be building on Hawksford’s existing client base and ensuring the team delivers a comprehensive suite of corporate and financial reporting services to UK based structures.
Rebecca’s background in providing corporate services to institutional and multinational corporations will further enhance Hawksford UK’s international expertise, complementing the traditional corporate services offering currently provided.
Most recently Rebecca was associate director of UK corporate services at IQ-EQ, having joined First Names Group in 2014. She was instrumental in establishing First Names Group’s international outsourcing business service in the UK and has also held positions with Moore Stephens and CRA International.
“I have vast experience in establishing structures for international institutional investors and global corporates looking to invest or expand their presence in the UK. I have established and then actively managed a UK corporate services division in my previous role. I see a significant opportunity to further diversify the offering in the UK business, developing out an institutional and multinational corporate client offering based on strong corporate governance, timely and accurate financial reporting and practical compliance with UK regulations.
Hawksford is an ambitious business and now is the right time to join and drive growth in this specialist segment. It will not be without its challenges, not least Brexit which presents its own challenges and opportunities for Hawksford and clients alike. But with Hawksford’s global footprint and corporate services expertise, we are in a strong position to navigate the year ahead,” said Rebecca.
