Hawksford, provider of corporate, private client and funds services, has appointed Gavin Wilkins as Group Chief Commercial Officer.
Gavin, who joined Hawksford as Global Head of Client and Intermediary Relationships in 2020, will play a strategic role in shaping the future of the business, including the development of new markets and broadening Hawksford’s client service offering. Gavin will be active in all of Hawksford’s key markets working closely with clients, intermediary partners and stakeholders.
Following the completion of STAR Capital as Hawksford’s majority investor, Gavin will help the company to deliver on its organic growth and international business strategy. “I am delighted to play a part in the next chapter of the Hawksford story. In recent months we have announced a new majority investor in STAR Capital alongside significant new hires and well-deserved promotions. We have a brilliant team and fantastic clients and I am looking forward to working hard with all of them as we continue to grow and offer even more to our valued clients and partners,” said Gavin.
Michel van Leeuwen, Hawksford Group Chief Executive, said: “Gavin’s rich and extensive international experience includes Asia and the Middle East which are key existing growth markets for Hawksford as we chart an accelerated growth trajectory. There is a real optimism within the business as we look to evolve and cement our international scope, broaden our offering and strengthen client relationships”.
