Guernsey Water is inviting Islanders to take part in its annual customer survey which has now launched. The survey, which should take no more than ten minutes, gives customers the opportunity to have their say on the utility’s services and performance.
The Institute of Customer Service, a professional membership body that specialises in developing and improving customer service, will run the survey independently. The survey results enable Guernsey Water to understand what customers think about its services.
Phil Marquis, Customer Service Manager at Guernsey Water, said: “This will be the fourth year we have conducted the customer service survey. It allows our customers to have their say anonymously. This provides us with a valuable benchmark allowing us to track our performance, as well as an indication of how we are performing in relation to the UK National Average against the service elements measured in the UK Customer Satisfaction Index.
“The survey covers a wide range of topics across our business, and also provides an opportunity for our customers to highlight what they believe Guernsey Water could do to improve its service. We strive to provide the best service possible to our customers, asking them where and how we can improve is something we hold as a high priority in line with our commitment to them.”
