Guernsey based Fund Administrator Imperium has appointed Andy Hatton, Colette Taylor and Charlotte Parr to the Imperium Fund Services Limited Board of Directors.
Colette Taylor is Imperium’s Head of Fund Accounting, Andy Hatton and Charlotte Parr are both Client Services Directors.
Imperium Funds Managing Director, Barry McClay said: “We are delighted to welcome Andy, Colette and Charlotte to our Board. All three have been instrumental in our growth as we launched with no clients or staff and three years later, we are proud to employ 20 people with £1.4bn of assets under administration.
“Independence and excellent client service are central Imperium values and Andy, Colette and Charlotte will play a key part in representing these on our Board providing oversight and governance.
