Guernsey Electricity has announced the appointment of Kenrick Brooks, in the newly created role, Head of Sales and Relationships.
The company is further improving the services on offer to customers and this new role will be key to providing the customer experience focus within the business.
Guernsey Electricity created the new role to support and grow the offerings of the business across domestic and commercial sectors. Kenrick will also take responsibility for the retail shop. The business delivers domestic and commercial electrical services ranging from the provision and installation of electric heating boilers, air source heat pumps and underfloor heating to complete electrical wiring for the home.
Kenrick will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, improving the overall customer experience within the arena of energy sales, increasing product awareness and promoting Guernsey Electricity as the sustainable energy choice for Guernsey.
Previously, Kenrick was Marketing Director at Bluebeckers and Edwinns Restaurant Group in the UK, before moving to The Liberation Group and Butcombe Brewery as Operations Director across Jersey, Guernsey and Southwest England.
