Following the Royal visit, Guernsey businesses are being encouraged to put themselves forward for a prestigious award with royal recognition.
Businesses and individuals who were fortunate to meet His Royal Highness will understand the value that photo opportunity has created. But businesses are being asked to think big and imagine what value and opportunities a royal award could add to their business and the Chamber of Commerce is offering to support all applicants.

The King’s Awards for Enterprise, recognises businesses within four categories:
- International Trade
- Innovation
- Sustainable Development and
- Promoting Opportunity (through social mobility)
Winners of the King’s Award gain access to a unique platform on which to showcase their business on a national and international stage, and along with receive royal recognition, also have the privilege of attending a royal reception.

The initial call for expressions of interest drew a strong response from the Chamber of Commerce membership and any business interested in submitting an application is invited to contact the Chamber for further information and support with the application.
The closing date for entries is 12 September and winners will be announced on 6 May 2025.
