ABN AMRO Channel Islands has appointed a new investment manager who speaks five languages to their Guernsey office.
Mariana Kostadinova, who has a background in investment analysis and fund research, will manage a range of client portfolios.
Her appointment comes as the Dutch bank continues to enhance its Channel Islands offering and to look for new prospects.
She said: “I have a genuine interest in financial markets and investment management and I see my new role as the next natural step for me to take at this point in time. I believe that my analytical background, strong research skills, and advisory experience will add value to ABN AMRO clients.”
Miss Kostadinova, who is originally from Bulgaria, holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia and a Master’s degree in International Finance from the University of Westminster in London.
She also holds the Investment Management Certificate, is a Chartered MCSI (Chartered Member of the Securities Institute). and has worked in a range of roles from hedge funds to fund valuations and administration both in London and Guernsey.
