Maillard & Co have announced the appointment of Chris Marsh as Group Managing Director.
Showcasing his long-standing commitment as he approaches his 20th anniversary at Maillard & Co, Chris has made invaluable contributions to the company’s growth and success.
Joining the firm as a Property Manager in 2005 before being promoted to Head of Property Management and appointed to the board of Directors in 2022, Chris has been responsible for over £1bn of property assets during his tenure.
An Associate RICS Member, Chris brings a diverse background with experience in the finance sector and local government. He also holds several Diplomas in Estate Management. His next chapter as Group Managing Director of the Channel Islands’ largest group of property professionals will be effective as of 1st July 2024.
