Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa has a new Front of House ambassador. Andrew Campbell has been appointed in the new role of Guest Services Manager
Andrew who is originally from Cardiff brings with him a wealth of experience having worked in the hospitality industry for more than 20 years. Including appointments at the Carden Park Hotel, Golf Resort & Spa in Cheshire and prior to that at the Burgoyne Hotel in the Yorkshire Dales.
Tasked with delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding guests’ expectations, he will act as a host and greet guests on arrival, assisting check-ins and check-outs, and helping them with any queries they may have. Andrew is also responsible for managing the hotel’s porters and concierge desk.
Commenting on his new role, Mr Campbell said, “I am really excited to be working in Jersey and look forward to exploring the island to find some of the best places to recommend to our guests.”
