HFL has promoted four people across its Compliance, Fund Accounting, Fund Administration and People & Culture teams.
Gerry Ashplant has been promoted to Senior Manager in the Compliance and Risk team. Gerry joined HFL in April 2022 as a Compliance Manager, and her extensive skills and experience as a past regulator and compliance consultant has allowed her to quickly progress in her team.
Mark Gavey has been promoted to Assistant Manager within the Fund Accounting team. Mark joined HFL at the beginning of 2018 and has recently celebrated his five-year anniversary with the company. He oversees a number of HFL’s venture capital funds as well as working with the wider fund accounting team. Mark also provides invaluable guidance and training for HFL’s trainee fund accountants.
In his new role, Mark will hold line manager duties and take the lead on monitoring the day-today activities of the team.
Hollie Read has been promoted to Fund Administrator. She joined HFL in May 2022 and has quickly progressed in her role. Hollie plans to commence her Chartered Governance Institute qualification in March this year.
Stacey Le Page has been promoted to People & Culture Officer and will be overseeing a wider range of HR functions. Stacey has supported HFL’s growth since joining the business in late 2021 and has recruited nearly 30 new staff members. She has also led the implementation of HFL’s trainee programme which launched last year. In her new role, she will be taking on greater responsibility in the People & Culture team.
