Guernsey-based Focus HR will be holding an informal information event for SMEs in HR consultancy and payroll solutions, HR health checks, PRISM brain mapping tools, pre-employment screening and ability testing next week. Focus also offer mediation and training services and a new HR database solution – Breathe.
The event takes place on Tuesday 25 February from midday at the Guernsey Chamber of Commerce business centre in St Peter Port.
Focus founder and Director Becky Machon said: “One of the challenges we find employers and small businesses are facing is the administrative burden of HR processes and the ever-increasing data protection risks. The Breathe HR database is a one stop solution for keeping HR data secure while making processes such as annual leave, absence and performance management much more efficient and accessible. The database can be accessed via mobile devices so employees can access their information and make holiday requests without being desk based. We wanted to make sure we could provide a solution for employers that were office and non-office based, where their employees do not have access to a computer as part of their working day.”
With a recent rebrand, an enhanced team, and new service offerings and packages to suit all businesses, Focus HR Solutions continues to go from strength to strength.
