Sophie Gregson (pictured), OSA Recruitment Managing Director, said: “As we know, the Covid-19 pandemic had a huge impact on the way we work. As companies witnessed the success and productivity of their employees working from home, many realised the potential benefits of flexible working arrangements beyond the pandemic.
“The survey highlighted the significance of flexible working in the modern professional landscape. We’d recommend for employers to take these insights into account, and to recognise the value of providing flexible working options to attract and retain talent, foster employee motivation and loyalty, and create a culture that values work-life balance and employee wellbeing.”
