The global authority on workplace culture awarded the insurance company one of the coveted spots in the ‘Top 5 Achievers’ in this category. First Central, which employs 35 people in Guernsey and has offices in the UK and Gibraltar, has already received rankings in the Wellbeing list (7th) and Best Workplace for Women (9th) from Great Place to Work this year.
Great Place to Work carries out a thorough, research-backed Trust Index survey to ask UK-based people about their experiences at work, it analysed the responses of financial services and insurance employees to determine this Best Workplaces™ list. The questions cover all areas of the organisation’s operations including strategic insight, flexible working, continuous improvement, and change management. The analysis showcases First Central’s employees’ positive experiences, with the company being committed to fairness for all.
