Fiduchi, a Jersey-regulated Trust Company, has announced its new strategic partnership with Prosper, a company specialised in placing graduates and school leavers into employment for the first time.
This partnership comes as part of Fiduchi’s continued commitment to nurturing the next generation of financial services professionals.
Through this new partnership, Fiduchi has successfully onboarded three new recruits, all of whom will undergo an extensive training program to gain invaluable insights into the financial services sector. The recruits will rotate through different departments within Fiduchi, including time spent with the Compliance Team.
Laura MacDonald, Owner of Prosper commented: “We are delighted to have partnered with Fiduchi. It has been an absolute pleasure to work with a company that shares our values, and provides young people with a supportive working environment, to allow them to grow both professionally and personally.”
Hannah Tully, Head of Marine Services at Fiduchi said: “Fiduchi places significant importance on compliance at all organisational levels.
“This rotational program will not only help the new recruits understand how each department functions but will also instil in them the necessity of stringent regulatory compliance, both within Jersey and on a global scale.”
Fiduchi has a longstanding commitment to uphold all domestic and international regulations as part of its service delivery. New recruits will be educated on the company’s rigorous controls aimed at ensuring full compliance with this policy.
All new recruits will be enrolled in the International Finance and Administration Qualification of the Chartered Governance Institute, a globally recognised qualification. This will further enrich their academic and practical understanding of the industry.
During the first 12 months, Prosper will closely collaborate with Fiduchi to ensure a smooth transition for the new recruits into the workplace.
“Our goal is to provide each recruit with the resources and support they need to succeed from day one”, added Hannah Tully.
