Independent Private Client, Corporate, Funds and Pension services provider, Fairway, has made senior appointments within its Pensions and Employee Incentives team.
Caroline Costello (pictured), has been promoted to Director in the pensions and employee incentives team at independent private client, corporate, funds and pension services provider, Fairway, and has also been appointed to the Fairway Pensions Trustees Limited Board, while Mike Evans joins the growing team as Client Director.
The international team, now headed up by Ms Costello, will be further strengthened with three additional appointments, with Michelle Rothwell and Laura Le Caudey joining as senior administrators, and Kiah Kuppe as trainee administrator, taking the team to seven specialists, including manager, Mark Wernham and Head of Pensions Peter Culnane.
Ms Costello, who qualified as an accountant in 2003, has more than 27 years of senior leadership experience in employee benefits, and is responsible for developing and leading strategy to grow Fairway’s international pensions and employee reward services, while also providing oversight and governance to the business. In his role as Client Director, Mike Evans, will be responsible for liaising with key advisors in London and other jurisdictions who specialise in international pension plans and employer/ employee solutions.
