Independent Private Client, Corporate, Funds and Pension services provider, Fairway, has promoted seven colleagues in its Jersey office, including Dominic Coyne to Head of Funds and Jonathan Sidebottom to Finance Director.
Paul St Romaine has also been appointed to the Board of Fairway Funds Services Limited (FFSL).

The Jersey promotions include; Dominic Coyne to Director and Head of Funds, Paul St Romaine to the Board of Fairway Funds Services Limited, Jonathan Sidebottom to Finance Director, Sam Coleman to Senior Trust Officer, Aimee Low to Senior Funds Administrator, Julia Dziegiel to Trust Administrator and Lucy Rumbold to Administrator, Marketing and Business Development.
A further four promotions have also been awarded across the global Fairway Group, including; Sara de Sa Leao to Head of Fairway Madeira, Betty Vieira to Senior Secretarial Support Officer, Joao Gomes to Funds Administrator, Joao Jardim to Senior Associate, Audit.
Dominic Coyne has been promoted to Director and Head of Funds. Dominic has more than 20 years’ experience in the Funds industry and leads on Fairway’s Real Estate and regulated structures. He is responsible for the establishment of Funds and the delivery of high quality administration by the Funds team. He has considerable technical knowledge of Private Equity and Real Estate administration, including Jersey Private Fund structures and transactions involving Shariah- compliant financing.
Paul St Romaine, a Director of Fairway Group, has been appointed to the Board of FFSL. Paul is responsible for the administration of a varied portfolio of Fund clients covering multiple classification offerings in Jersey. Paul has over 10 years’ experience in the Funds finance industry and has experience in Private Client portfolio management.
Jonathan Sidebottom has been promoted to Finance Director. Jonathan is responsible for the finance team’s delivery of Group management information, as well as delivery of all financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders. He has strong technical expertise around IT systems and a focus on delivering process efficiencies and automations to enhance the operational capability of the Group.
