EY has announced a number of senior promotions across their Channel Islands offices.
Jo Bold, Adam Knight and Daniel Luwum have all been promoted to Senior Manager and Nick Gaudion has been promoted to Manager – all within the assurance and advisory teams. Cristian Anton has also been promoted to Senior Manager within the tax team.
These promotions reflect EY’s investment in supporting their peoples career progression and the continued business growth in the Channel Islands.

Jo has more than a decade’s worth of experience within the wealth & asset management industry, including 2 years at EY’s London office. Jo is part of EY’s Channel Islands Advisory team, and has led the team managing a large-scale client CDD review and remediation exercise.
Adam joined the firm from Elizabeth College in 2009. During his time with the firm Adam has taken advantage of EY’s secondment opportunities, spending time in Southampton gaining exposure to large trading companies. He now focuses on providing audit services to listed and unlisted funds.
Daniel specialises in the banking and capital markets industry. Daniel joined EY’s Jersey office in 2018, having previously worked for EY and a commercial bank in Uganda. During his time with EY Uganda, Daniel gained significant experience in retail, commercial and central banking.
Cristian has a wealth of experience in corporate tax issues involving international tax planning and structuring, dealing with cross-border issues for a number of companies and providing advice with regards to reporting and ongoing compliance with Guernsey’s automatic exchange of information (AEOI) regimes. He also specialises in FATCA, CRS, CbCR and MDR and is part of EY’s Channel Islands reporting team.
Nick joined EY’s Guernsey office in 2010 as a school leaver from the Grammar Sixth Form Centre. Nick is also part of EY’s Channel Islands Advisory team and has worked on EY’s largest AML and risk remediation projects in the Channel Islands to date.
