EY has announced three managerial promotions within its Assurance team in the Channel Islands.
Emma Muhwati and Kamille Greenidge have been promoted to Assurance Senior Manager, and Mariah Manansala to Assurance Manager.
These promotions highlight the dedication and professionalism demonstrated by Emma, Kamille and Mariah in their roles.
Emma Muhwati is a Chartered Accountant who qualified in Zimbabwe in March 2018. Emma joined EY’s Jersey office in 2022 and has since gained extensive experience across various industries, including retail, manufacturing, insurance, banking, capital markets and real estate. Her significant achievements, particularly her leadership on major real estate engagements, have enhanced audit quality and client service. In her new role, Emma aims to leverage her industry expertise to drive exceptional client-centric service while aspiring to grow into a leadership position that aligns with EY’s long-term goals. Passionate about equity and inclusiveness, she seeks to be a role model for women in the workplace and advocate for work-life balance.

Kamille Greenidge holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Accounting (Hons) from the University of the West Indies, completed in 2016, and became a Chartered Professional Accountant of Canada (CPA Canada) in 2020. She began her career with EY Barbados as an intern in 2015, transitioning to a full-time role in June 2016, before joining EY’s Guernsey office in January 2023. Throughout her career, Kamille has provided client services across various industries, including insurance, real estate, digital asset companies, and has also provided non-audit services such as agreed-upon procedures and CASS (Client Assets Sourcebook). Her promotion is attributed to her strong project management skills, successful development of client relationships, and leadership in executing high-quality audits using technology. In her new role, Kamille aims to drive quality initiatives across the Channel Islands and provide valuable insights to clients.
Mariah Manansala holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila and has been a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) since 2018. Prior to joining EY’s Guernsey office in November 2022, Mariah worked for three years in EY’s Philippines office, where she gained extensive experience in auditing clients in wealth and asset management, private equity, hedge funds, and various non-financial services clients, including telecommunications and manufacturing. Mariah has demonstrated an exceptional ability to manage and coach teams while prioritising client needs. In her new role, Mariah plans to mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of client businesses and their industries while also focusing on building strong client relationships and innovating processes to streamline audits for greater efficiency.
Dan Saunders, EY’s CI Managing Partner, shared: “We are delighted to recognise the achievements of Emma, Kamille and Mariah.
