It comes at a time when our clients are going through a period of significant regulatory change due to the island’s tax policies continuing to be under international scrutiny. I’m excited about the opportunity my promotion presents for me to work more closely with industry and government to drive the tax agenda to secure Jersey’s prosperity for the future.
“In my new role I am most looking forward to leading the Jersey tax team and investing time in ensuring that the supportive culture I have benefited from continues under my direction. During my progression within the firm I have been grateful for the support and investment in my development from EY’s CI Leadership and our global tax network. The mentorship I have received has been particularly invaluable in enabling me to thrive professionally, whilst relishing the joys and challenges of raising a young family.”
Andrew Dann, EY’s Channel Islands Managing Partner, said: “Áine’s promotion to Associate Partner is a fantastic personal achievement and a testament to her hard work and commitment throughout her career.
