Babbé has appointed Janice Courtney as marketing manager.
After completing a Bachelor of Social Science majoring in Clinical Psychology at the University of Cape Town in South Africa, she went on to gain qualifications in marketing, public relations management and strategic management.
Mrs Courtney has over 13 years’ experience in marketing and communications and spent the last nine years with a niche stockbroking firm, Legae Securities, in Johannesburg.
She managed all areas of marketing in her previous role and specialises in corporate communication, business strategy and brand management. Janice will look to draw on her expertise as she furthers Babbé’s business development activity and intention to deliver best-in-class marketing solutions in line with the firm’s business objectives.
Mrs Courtney said: “This is a very exciting time to join Babbé, which is currently enjoying a period of expansion and growth. I will be looking to build on the existing marketing and communications activity, as well as to bring a fresh approach to strengthen the existing Babbé brand.
“Most importantly, I’m looking forward to building and developing key marketing relationships.”
Babbé’s managing partner Andrew Laws said: “We are delighted that Janice is bringing her extensive experience and broad range of skills to Babbé and we look forward to her delivering exciting developments in our marketing strategy over the coming months.”
