Women’s stories and the power of mentoring

Women’s Stories and The Power of Mentoring is a free networking and panel event from Love Tech, a local charity whose mission is to inspire and empower girls and women to explore opportunities in Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM) on the Isle of Man.

This event is to celebrate Women In Tech Week 2024 and is an opportunity for local women who work in tech, and their male allies, to share their stories of how they got into tech and to have an opportunity to meet other women who work in our local tech industry, make new connections and build empowering networks.

This panel event will be hosted by Love Tech’s Chair, Angela van den Berg, and will feature 5 of Love Tech’s amazing Tech Mentors who will share how they got into their tech careers and how mentoring has helped them in their journey, and how, in turn, they are also inspiring and empowering younger tech stars through their involvement with Love Tech and work in general.
