What the actual….? I’m sorry, pardon, what?
Making a meal of it – that’s Show Business!
This year, the Alderney Theatre Group is determined to entertain Alderney’s residents and visitors with a number of special productions and performances – some home-grown, some imported – starring local talent as well as prominent visiting performers. Several of the events are now being finalised and will be publicised as soon as possible, but the first series of events will take place at the end of this month.
… and for starters, main course and dessert: a series of comedy sketches dished up by the Alderney Theatre Group:
Thursday 30th & Friday 31st March and Saturday 1st April:
The intriguing title “WHAT THE ACTUAL….?. I’M SORRY, PARDON, WHAT? indicates that the audience of this theatre supper event can look forward to a hilarious and slightly chaotic evening (… and a 2-course dinner!)
A small cast, directed by Sarah Simpkins (who is also the producer of this show) and Charlotte Newton, will be reading and performing a series of comedy sketches guaranteed to have you in stitches, presenting you with “scenes of relationships, situationships and containerships” ….
The event takes place on Thursday 30th and Friday 31st March 7:00pm for 7:30pm in the Georgian House Orangery, and on Saturday 1st April 7:00pm for 7:30pm at the Blonde Hedgehog.
Tickets are £35 and include a 2-course meal as well as a £5 donation to the Alderney Theatre Group. Early booking is advised: Please book directly
