What next for EDI: Demonstrating the value

This event will delve into the significance of EDI in today’s business environment and explore how IoD members can effectively integrate its principles into their organisations.

Hosted by Mark Eydman, IoD Leicestershire & SEM, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Ambassador, this event is part of a free series enabling members to connect and discuss topics of interest.

Discussions will focus on exploring what EDI means to business and how IoD Members can be best supported to apply associated principles.

In particular, the aim will be to ensure that in workplaces of all kinds, strong approaches to EDI help identify, engage and leverage all talent for the shared benefit of those individuals, their employers and society more broadly.

In recent months, media coverage regarding EDI programmes has increasingly questioned the impact of these initiatives so a “value based” approach has become even more urgent.
