Volunteer strategy focus group

The Association of Guernsey Charities is hosting a Focus Group to inform a Bailiwick-wide volunteering strategy.

We would like to invite you, along with a diverse group of member charities that have a stake in volunteering, to contribute your views & ideas how collaboratively we can:

• promote a positive volunteering culture
• increase & diversify the voluntary workforce
• raise volunteer practice across the sector

The session will be led by Dan O’ Driscoll, Volunteer Consultant, who specialises in strategic planning and volunteer management.

We appreciate participation is quite a time commitment but hope that the session as such will be a useful forum to reflect on your own volunteering practice and share common challenges & possible solutions, whilst also helping to drive forward the development of better volunteering infrastructure.

Lunch will be provided. Please let us know of any dietary requirements.
