Using learning and development to become data literate
Join us for this panel looking at Digital Upskilling in Guernsey
The need to understand, analyse and use data will never get old. Not only are data skills becoming the new ‘Microsoft’ skills, they have the ability to disrupt the current landscape and are the foundation for growth and market dominance for any organisation. This Data Week, we’ll be teaming up with Avado to discuss why data skills are so in-demand now and how the need for them will continue to rise in the future.
We’ll be joined by Lianne Hartley who will share her journey, from being a Business Intelligence Analyst, completing her Data Analyst Apprenticeship and now working as a LDC for Avado, all while being a mum of three!Learning and development plays a vital role in both career and organisational progress and so Carl Sargeson, also from Avado will also be joining, sharing the initiatives available in Guernsey specifically around the apprenticeships (in data) and the upcoming Leading with Data workshop in June. This isn’t one to miss!
