Up and running in Project Management course
The Evolution Group are running a range of on-island courses in 2024, with an emphasis on Business Analysis and Project Management.
With content specifically designed to meet the needs of local businesses, the courses are being run by highly experienced trainers who are experts in their respective fields.
This course will teach you the core concepts of project management, equipping you with the tools and processes required for effective planning. You will learn about the different phases of a project, covering topics such as budgets, risk assessments, business cases and more.
Additionally, you will gain an understanding of the most prominent project management methodologies and what differentiates them.
