Sleep and wellbeing with Isle Listen

Isle Listen is a mental health charity that focuses on early intervention and prevention, reducing the escalation of mental health issues and working to ensure everyone on the Isle of Man feels empowered around their wellbeing. While the primary focus of our charity’s work is supporting children and young people up to the age of 25, we also offer mental health training through the community.

13th – 19th May 2024 is Mental Health Awareness Week. The aim of the week is to raise awareness and inspire people to prioritise their mental health.

Isle Listen is running a series of sessions across the Island during the week and on Tuesday 14th May they will be in the Santander Work Café to host a session exploring the science of sleep, its importance to our mental health and wellbeing, and considering some practical steps we can take to improve the quality and quantity of our sleep.

In addition to the structured session (10-11am), Isle Listen staff will be on hand before and after the session to answer questions about their work and raising awareness of mental health in the community.
