Skipton Saints Sixes

St Martin’s AC is proud to announce the launch of the Skipton Saints Sixes, a six-a-side football festival for children aged 6-10.

The tournament will take place on Saturday 20 September from 12:00 to 7:00 pm at Blanche Pierre Lane, bringing together young players from across the island for a fun-filled day of football, competition, and community spirit.

Building on the success of the club’s new youth initiatives with support from Skipton International, the Skipton Saints Sixes offers young players from the Guernsey Football Association’s affiliated clubs the chance to enjoy fast-paced matches, develop their skills, and most importantly, share the joy of football with friends and teammates.

Dom Heaume, St Martin’s Football Club Co-ordinator, said: “The Skipton Saints Sixes is a brilliant addition to our youth programme. It gives our youngest players a taste of tournament football in a friendly, supportive environment.

“We’re really excited to see so many kids out on the pitch, having fun and developing a love for the game that will stay with them for years to come.”

This new event is part of St Martin’s AC’s long-term partnership with Skipton International, whose support has provided playing kit for all Saints players up to the age of 13 and enabled the launch of the Skipton Saints Sixes.
