Bob Emiliani is an internationally recognised business improvement leadership guru. He is an engineer, researcher, author, historian of progressive management, teacher, education reformer, and executive coach. Having worked in industry for 15 years with management responsibility in engineering and operations, he is now a full-time professor at Connecticut State University. Bob will discuss the concept of lean leadership and how it can transform organisational performance.
