Rock to Rocque Cycle 2024

Dust off your bike from the shed or power up your electric bike and gather friends or family for this fun, island bike ride to raise funds for Les Bourgs Hospice.

The marshalled route starts at the top of Val des Terres at 9am on Sunday 26th May 2024 and heads through St Martins and Forest out to Rocquaine to follow the coast road around to North Beach in Town. For those who wish to cycle a shorter route there is one additional starting point to join the event at 11am from Grandes Rocques. It is not a race so cyclists may pedal at their own pace but are encouraged to finish in Town by 2pm.

This traditional bank holiday event marks the final day of a month of cycling for the special group who signed up to the iconic Ian Brown’s 30/30 cycle fundraiser, which also raises money for the Hospice. They will be meeting up to cycle along the front together at 11am. This unique sight of so many cyclists in the same jersey always provides a wave of colour snaking along the final stretch of the Rock to Rocque route.

The Friends of Les Bourgs Hospice are grateful to Northern Trust for their sponsorship of the event and Manor Farm Foods for the free icecreams for riders.

Online registration before the event is encouraged but there will also be an opportunity to register on the day.
