Rise & Shine Breakfast Networking: Blue health through blue eyes

Alan Jenner (AJ) is the Outdoor and Adventure Sports Development Officer for the Guernsey Sports Commission.

His passion for the ocean has turned into his day job, so we invite you to join him as we discuss ‘Blue Health’ whereby we’ll be exploring the profound impact of water environments on our well-being and delve into the benefits of aquatic ecosystems, the therapeutic effects of water, and how we can harness these insights for a healthier lifestyle.

In addition, he will provide insight into how the environment has and is evolving in Guernsey through the eyes of someone who spends virtually every day in, on or around the sea. We’ll also learn about Guernsey Water Safety Action, who they are and what they hope to achieve in keeping the community safe around water.
