Revenue Service drop-in
On Saturday 9th November, Revenue Service staff will be on hand to answer any tax-related questions and provide support at an in-person drop-in from 8am until 2pm at Sir Charles Frossard House.
Staff will be available to help with online tax returns, to issue or receive paper tax returns, and to answer general tax queries.
Monthly drop-ins already take place at Edward T. Wheadon House to help people to complete their online tax returns, with the next one scheduled for Monday 11th November.
However, this Saturday drop in has been specifically arranged to assist customers who are unable to visit Edward T. Wheadon House during the working week and is offering help with all tax matters, not just online returns.
There is plenty of customer car parking available at Sir Charles Frossard House on Saturdays with spaces also available for blue badge holders close to the main entrance.
Customers who would like help with completing their online tax return are asked to bring their mobile phone, tablet or laptop with them.
Nicky Forshaw, Director of the Revenue Service, said: “We know that there are some people who would find it difficult to come to a drop-in during the week, so in addition, we’re pleased to offer this weekend alternative.
“We’d welcome anyone with questions about their online tax returns and other matters to come along so that we can do our best to help them.”
