This event will be a chance to reflect on my four years as Chair of the CIPD Channel Islands branch, revisiting the key topics we’ve explored together—from evolving workplace culture to leadership, wellbeing, and inclusion.

We’ll then recharge by diving into the latest legislative changes in Jersey and Guernsey employment law, with insights from our guest speakers from the cross-island Mourant Employment team.

Finally, we’ll reignite our vision for the future as we welcome Ry Williams as the new Chair, who will share his plans for energising and evolving CIPD’s presence across the Channel Islands. We look forward to celebrating with you and marking this exciting transition together.
