Nobody believes you: The importance of credible leadership

Issues commonly attributed to organisational culture, employee behaviour or virtual/hybrid workspaces can often be down to a a problem with credible leadership.

Over the last four years, international author and business communications strategist Jenni Field has been researching leadership and exploring the importance of credible leadership, and what makes leaders worth following. She shares her findings and insights into developing credible leadership in her new book, Nobody Believes You – Become a Leader People Will Follow.

In this online session Jenni will outline the eight practices that define credible leadership and provide some brief, practical tips on how we can better implement them.  This event is being offered in partnership with the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) Scotland. It is open to members of IoD Scotland and CIPR Scotland and those interested in becoming members.
