Navigating AI Risk & Opportunity with ManageEngine

SystemLabs are bringing two senior ManageEngine voices to the Island for a focused morning of practical insight on AI and cyber security. Navigating AI Risk and Opportunity with ManageEngine takes place on the 16th of June 2026 at the Digital Jersey Hub in St Helier.

As the exclusive ManageEngine partner for Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man, SystemLabs are hosting the briefing to give local IT leaders direct access to the people behind one of the most widely deployed enterprise IT platforms in the world. The briefing builds on previous ManageEngine events SystemLabs have hosted in the Channel Islands.

In the opening session, AI in Action: What IT Leaders Need to Know Now, Vimalraj Sampathkumar argues that the real question facing IT teams is no longer whether to use AI, but where to use it with confidence, measurable value and proper control. He will show where it is already paying its way, from the service desk to security operations, and how organisations can adopt it without losing sight of the people it is meant to serve.

In the second, The Modern Threat Landscape: Defending What Comes Next, Abhinav Kaushik explains why attackers today tend to log in with stolen credentials rather than break in. Drawing on the 2025 ransomware attack on Marks and Spencer, and on a near identical attempt against the Co-op that was detected and contained within minutes, he will show why the speed of detection and a joined up defence decide whether an incident is a close call or weeks of disruption.

Vimalraj brings around 20 years of enterprise IT experience and is a regular commentator in Computerworld, IT Pro and TechRadar, while Abhinav is known for making complex security topics easy to follow without losing technical depth.
