This safe and supportive space allows people to delve deeper into their inner selves. During the circle, the group will be guided through movement, rest, and journaling, and then they can share.

In a world filled with distractions and constant mental chatter, Osho Kundalini provides a way to land back into the body and find that essential connection with ourselves. Through the harmonious combination of movement and meditation, this practice allows us to move any blocked and repressed energy, so that it flows and transforms into joy and bliss.
One of the most beautiful aspects of Osho Kundalini is its ability to help us release the grip of our busy minds and drop into the present moment. As we engage in the active stages of the meditation, we have the opportunity to shake off the accumulated stress and tension, allowing us to experience a deep state of relaxation and inner peace.
