Managing the Unmanageable – Handling challenging behaviours in the workplace (Jersey)
An interactive training event to provide you with skills to confidently identify challenging behaviour, recognise the impact it can have.
Fortunately, the majority of interactions in the workplace are positive, polite and professional. However, occasionally we encounter a colleague (π°π³ π¦π·π¦π― π’ π€ππͺπ¦π―π΅) who seems rather more βchallengingβ.
Challenging and excessive behaviours can be difficult to manage. Left unaddressed they can be damaging to a business and its employees (including managers and HR professionals) leading to low morale, loss of productivity and increased staff turnover.
This interactive event presented by Paul Beard our Training Partner, will provide you with skills to confidently identify challenging behaviour, recognise the impact it can have on individuals and the business and practice strategies to manage these behaviours effectively.
This event is taking place on 19th October in Guernsey at 1857 Restaurant & Bar and 20th October in Jersey at Jersey War Tunnels.
Aim to arrive for 7:45am, help yourself to the breakfast options provided and be seated ready for the speaker to start at 8:00am.
