A snapshot, introductory training session in Jersey where we will explore the sources of stress within the work place and at home.
Workplace stress can be caused by a variety of factors. There are many demands, projects, deadlines, targets … even personal pride … that bring pressure to bear throughout the year. Sometimes we put excessive demands on ourselves.
This short introductory session sets out what we usually offer as a half-day training to all employees in a business. We explore the sources of stress, whether it really is a new phenomena, whether businesses can set themselves up for more successful outcomes and what individuals can do to build personal resilience.
Under the employers duty of care, the management of stress and employee wellbeing remains an important issue – so we hope you’ll come along and find out more.
