Lindy Hop Jersey & Dancing in Jersey present… Jump, jive an’ wail for Liberate!

Dance the night away whilst raising money for Liberate – the Channel Islands’ Equality and Diversity Charity!

Taking place at the Best Western Royal Hotel in David Place on Sunday 8th May 2022, this charity dance event is guaranteed to be a highlight of your Liberation Day bank holiday weekend.

Dancers and non-dancers alike will enjoy the sounds of local rockabilly band Carl and the Converted, and tunes from the 40s & 50s from DJ Mike (UK).

What’s more, there will be a hot buffet and a raffle. Dress to impress… and don’t forget your dancing shoes!

Buffet

The below items from the hotel’s ‘American Selection’ buffet will be available. If you have any food intolerances or allergies, please email [email protected] clearly outlining your requirements by Sunday 24th April.

• Hot items: mini beef sliders, southern fried chicken tenders, American style mini hot dogs, Cajun style shrimp, southwest BBQ chicken wings, buttered corn on the cob and sweet potato fries
• Cold items: classic ranch salad, southwest coleslaw and BBQ pulled pork wraps
• Desserts: mini jelly doughnut bites and chocolate brownie bites

If you would like to reserve a table of up to 10 people, or space with a smaller group on a shared table, please email [email protected] by Sunday 24th April with a list of names once all tickets in your group have been purchased (one email per group, please). We will do our best to accommodate your request.

We won’t be able to accept card payments for raffle tickets, so please bring cash with you!
